P.G.Centre for Management Studies (PGCMS), SMIT aspires to be a pioneer in creating and moulding a new generation of young management professionals.Business education is evolving rapidly to keep pace with the changing requirements of business in the 21st century. MBA education today needs to produce a different breed of managers who can constantly innovate and identify opportunities to achieve corporate goals. They should be able to provide leadership and inspiration to others, make business work better and adapt themselves to the extremely demanding, culturally-diverse work environment of various national as well as international organizations.
